The Women's Section is far smaller and less decorated than the Men's Section, however it is much better preserved.
Inside the entrance is a large building with continuous seating all around three of the walls. This leads to the changing room(Apodyterium) which has a mosaic floor depicting Triton, dolphins and other sea creatures, a roof decorated with stucco and cubicle seating where clothes were left. To the left is the warm room(Tepidarium), which has a geometric pattern in mosaic on the floor and more recesses for clothes.
After that is the hot room(Calidarium), this has an amazing raised floor decorated with more mosaic. Unfortunately the floor has collapsed in many areas although this does allow for a better look at the heating ducts that were under it.
The Men's Section is built around the Gymnasium with a Peristyle on three sides.
The Gymnasium led directly to the Apodyterium which was decorated with stucco and had black and white tiled seating along three of the sides and shelves for leaving clothes on two sides. There is also a large marble bowl in the apse-end of the Apodyterium, used for washing/sluicing down after exercising in the Gymnasium.
To the left is the cold room(Frigidarium), which had fish painted on the vault of the dome, a circular pool and blue-painted walls.
Going back to the Apodyterium leads us onto the Tepidarium, this too has a raised floor like the Women's Section with the fittings & decoration being very similar. The much damaged Calidarium has a pool on one side which would have been filled with hot water. There is also the dais of the Labrum which was used for ablutions.
